Use Red as an Accent Colorful Kitchens Design. For this project, the owner wanted to preserve the authenticity of its old houses and architectural details. This was done with the use of Brookhaven Andover Square Recessed door style in white. White seeks to expand the small kitchen breakfast room /. Black granite countertops help to combine the segregated residential areas in a relaxed and comfortable, yet sophisticated environment perfect for everyday.
With the use of Brookhaven cinnabar (red) on the island, we managed to keep the attention on the kitchen island, dining and entertainment. The buffet also has the same piece of cherry red, which allowed to differentiate and highlight the two areas. Red provides a great accent color to use can be too overwhelming.
